Playmor Junction - Communities of the Slocan Valley

Playmor Junction lies at the intersection of Highways 6 and 3A marks the southern entrance into the Slocan Valley. A stone’s throw to the north is Crescent Valley.

It has quite a few businesses for such a small spread out community - including a submarine sandwich shop, a credit union, a hydroponics store, machine shops, a restaurant and antique store, and a high school.

The southern valley Park’n’Ride is located here – from here, you can catch a bus into Nelson or up the valley as far as Slocan run by the Nelson / Slocan Valley Regional Transit. Click here for schedule and fares.
