PASSMORE LODGE is a beautiful 10 unit seniors apartment building visioned and built by the community to house independent seniors who want to stay in the Slocan Valley during their golden years.
Nestled next to the Slocan River in Passmore the Lodge has lovely grounds that residents help maintain.
Each apartment is between 610 and 650 sq feet (with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio). Each apartment has its own interior and exterior entrance, in-floor heating, laundry, appliances and parking.
There is a large common area with vaulted ceilings, thick wooden beams and skylights. Here you will find the TV lounge, the Community Use area, the community kitchen, and the fitness centre.
