Here in the Slocan valley we make our own entertainment. Community dances and performances shake the rafters regularly. Many famous entertainers have a root or two in the valley, and those who have moved onto other places come back to visit and play here.

From poetry readings, music festivals, and pot-luck dinners to independent film screenings and dance performances…lots is happening in the valley.
